I was led, through a retweeet believe it or not, to his website and took a survey that is meant to teach you more about yourself. I loved this section. It was headed with a disclaimer that this was for others, not for me to read. So here you are...

• Join in with some name-dropping, talk positively about people and their goals.
• Provide clear, specific solutions, and support your position.
• Plan some extra time in your schedule for talking, relating, and socializing.

• Don't be domineering or demanding.
• Don't force others to agree quickly with your objectives and position; provide some time to
warm up to the ideas and for mutual ownership.
